1. How to Register complaints online ?

Click on Register Complaint Online image in Home page Customer is then directed to a Register complaints page.

2. What is online & offline Bill Payment ?

The customer can pay the Bill online using online services by clicking on Pay Online link, using his/her credit/debit/master card.
In Offline Bill Payment, the customer needs to pay the bill in physical form by visiting collection centers like ERO office/e-seva/ and other collection centers provided at different locations.
3. What is the transaction fee for Online Bill Payment ?

Transaction fees for various modes of payment are as follows
  • Net Banking : Rs.6/- Per Transaction + 12.36% on Rs.6/- (Service tax + Education cess)
  • Credit Card (Master Card/Visa) : 1.75% on Bill Amount + 12.36% on 1.75% of bill amount (Service tax + Education cess)
  • 4. How to pay Bills online?

    Click on the Pay Bills Online image in Home page
    Customer will be directed to a View Bills page which displays information.
    Select appropriate and click on the submit button below and the Customer will be directed to Payment page
    Select the payment option and click on continue and to make payment.To know more information see the guide (..More..)
    5. Should I register if I want to pay my bills online?

    Yes. Initially customer has to register to use this facility.
    6. Payment made online but details are not updated in the website

    Register a complaint Online Spandana module from the Home Page.
    7. Can I take printout of my bills at a later date?

    Yes by Visiting our Pay bill online link
    you can get printout of Last bill paid.
    8. Present bill is not appearing in the Online Payments module?

    Due to spot billing system it takes about 3 days for the current bill to be reflected online.However a provision is made to make payments for bill on hand even though bill details are not appearing in the website.
    The payment made will be updated in the system and consumer will be issued a receipt
    9. What is Advance Payment ?

    If a consumer desires to make payments for future months, a provision is made in the website to make advance payment
    10. What is Bill on Hand option?

    If the latest bill details are not updated in the website, a provision is made to enter the bill amount and make the payment.
    This situation arises in case the latest bill details are not updated in the website

    11. How to view HT Bill online ?

    Click on the hyper link named HT Bill View available on the home page of (http://www.apeasternpower.com).
    Then, customer would be re-directed to another page where User ID and Password are to be submitted.
    By default the HT consumers’ Service number (e.g. RJY999) can be used as User ID and Password. However, HT consumer can also register himself and create User ID and password of his choice using the link Click Here to Register on the HT Consumer Login page.
    On submission of User ID and Password, the customer would be redirected to another page where Month and Year should be opted for which the customer wishes to get the HT Bill.
    Upon clicking the Display button after choosing month and year, another window would be opened containing the HT Bill. A print out can also be had by clicking on the Print option available on the right top corner of the bill display page.
