| What is online & offline Bill Payment ?
In Online Bill Payment the user makes his/her electricity bill
payment using our online services. To get access to online
services, user should register by clicking register under
Payment Services. After Registering, user can login by entering
his/her email id and password and make online payments by using
his/her credit/debit/master card. In Offline Bill Payment,
the user needs to pay the bill in physical form by visiting
collection centers or bill junction or by dropping cheques/drafts
in drop boxes provided at certain locations.

| How do I signup for Online Bill Payment ?
To signup for Online Bill Payment, user needs to click on
register under Payment Services menu. The user is then asked to
select HT/LT. Basing on HT/LT consumer the user needs to fill
the remaining details and then click on confirm button. The user
will then receive an email to his email id. Clicking on the link
provided in the email, the user is then directed to the home
page. By clicking on the Online Bill Payment under Payment
Services the user is then directed to a page showing his/her
information. Clicking on the submit button below the user is
then directed to Payment page where he/she needs to select the
payment option and click on continue.

| How do I view my current Bill ?
To view current bill, user needs to select View Your Bill under
Payment Services. The user is then directed to View Bill page.
If he/she is a registered user the their information is
displayed on the page. Otherwise user needs to fill in the form.
Clicking on submit button the user will be able to view his/her
current bill.

| Which is the nearest Payment center to me ?
A user can know his/her nearest payment center by selecting
Offline Payment under Payment Services. He/She can also make
payments by visiting their nearest Bill Junction or using the
drop box facility provided at HDFC bank, IndusInd bank, UTI Bank
ATM centers.

| How to apply for new service connection ?
Customer service center (CSC) handles requests from consumers
for new services. Services for which no pole extension is
required will be released within 48 hours. all request related
to new service connection requisition are handled at CSC and the
consumers must carry the following documents fro registration
purpose. (a) Proof of Ownership or Indemnity bond (b) Wiring
certificate from certified electrician. The consumers are given
an acknowledgement of their request registrations, with a unique
registration number, which must be provided in the future to
know the current status of their requests. User can download the
application for new service connection by clicking New Service
Connection under Customer Care menu and then by clicking on the
download option.

| How can I know my power consumption ?
User can know his/her approximate power consumption by filling
the form provided in Know your consumption option provided on
the home page. The user is then asked to fill up the form with
details regarding the application type, application name, Load
in watts, no. of appliances and average usage per day. After
entering all the appliances the user can know his approximate
monthly usage and approximate amount per month.

| What is the transaction fee for Online Bill
Payment ? The transaction fee for online bill payment is
as follows:
- Centurian Bank Net Banking : Rs. 10/-
- IDBI Bank Net Banking : Rs. 10/-
- HDFC Bank Net Banking : Rs. 10/-
- ICICI Bank Net Banking : 5%
- Credit Card (Master/Visa) : 3%
