It is a grievances redressal cell of Consumers of APEPDCL. It will be taken up by the CMD. This program is organized every Monday (except Holidays) at Corporate Office Head Quarters, P&T Colony, Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam-13 from 10:30 AM. After dismantlement of service, the security deposit will be adjusted against the arrears if any and balance will be refunded on representation to concerned ERO. Application may be submitted in the Customer Service Centre to get refund of security deposit, if any
