EPDCL allows you to pay Electricity bills without having to visit any collection counters or writing any cheques.

• The consumers are requested to approach the following Electricity Revenue Offices to obtain Mandate Forms
• The Mandate Forms are to be filled by the consumers and handover to Electricity Revenue Office duly signed and counter signed by the Bank.
• The consumers are also requested to furnish the following information along with the Mandate Form.

5. Email ID
6. Address

• Presently this facility is provided to the consumers of Visakhapatnam, Kakinada and Rajahmundry Towns
• The consumers can contact the Electricity Revenue Offices located in the following towns for any clarification and assistance

The Mandate forms are also being arranged at Branches of SBH, AXIS, HDFC and SBI.
