ORGANIZATIONAL SET UP
The Eastern Power
Distribution Company of AP Limited (APEPDCL) was established on 1.4.2000 as a
part of the Reform and Restructuring program in the Power Sector of Andhra
Pradesh. APCPDCL is the largest of the four Distribution Companies in AP and is
a wholly owned subsidiary of APTRANSCO. APCPDCL has been vested with functional
and commercial autonomy with effect from 1.4.2002 and was granted independent
license (License No: 12 of 2000) by A.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC)
to undertake distribution and retail supply business in the following Five
districts of the State.

involved in Distribution of Electricity through 33 KV & 11 KV Sub-stations.
