a. Computerized Collection Center

Our Computerized Collection Centers (CCC) single single points of contact for customers for all Discom related payments. CCC cater to all categories of LT consumers for payment of electricity bills. The center provides better service and convenience to customers through a customer friendly environment and extended service timings from 8 am to 8 pm.

CCC provide over-the-counter Âteller' payment as well as Âdrop box' payment facilities. Customer friendly tellers are in charge of accepting payments either by cash / cheque / demand draft from LT consumers. Customers are required to .

CCC provides customers a hassle free payment options and helps them to avoid visits to specific ERO offices, long queues and inconvenient timings of payments.

b. Bill Junction

Bill Junction is a centralized payment solution, facilitating payment of bills related to various Government departments. Bills relating to various services offered by VMC, Payment of Electricity bills and RTA taxes (partly) are some of the services offered by Bill Junction.

c. Drop Boxes

Drop box facility is provided at HDFC bank, IndusInd bank, UTI Bank ATM centers enabling the consumers to make their payments by cheque/demand draft.
