Consumers are given a period of 15 days (including billing date) to pay their bills. Payment can be made up to another 15 days by paying a surcharge of .07 paisa per Rupee per day after which service will be discontinued and re-connection charges applied. Surcharge for late payment will be reflected in the next bill.

• After disconnection, the consumer can obtain reconnection by making payment in case of LT services at ERO and in case of HT service at HT Revenue Unit.

• After 4 months of disconnection, the service shall be liable for removal and termination after adjustment of security deposit available (with one month notice).
