The incumbent has furnished date of birth as 15.04.48 at the time of joining
in service and later on he submitted matriculation passed certificate issued
by the AU, Waltair in which his date of birth was recorded as 26.06.45.
As per the metriculation certificate produced by the individual, retirement
notice was issued for his date retirement on 30.06.2003. The incumbent has
filed WP No: 3012/2003 and the case is pending in High Court and final disposal
is awaited from the Hon'ble High Court of A.P. Hyderabad. The candidate
was advised to take anticipatory pension by the DE/O/KKD, but candidate
refused. |

Sri Ch. Kanaka Raju said to be the adopted son of late Ch. Kondala Rao has
filed OP No. 87/2007 in the court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada
stating that he is entitled to seek job in place of his father and for other
terminal benefits against his married 3 sisters duly keeping the DE/O/Kakinada
as one of the respondents and the case is pending in the court in OP No.
87/2007, as legal heir certificate was rejected by the MRO, Kakinada urban
and asked to obain the No Objection Certificate through court, as it came
to know that the incumbent is not the son of Sri Ch. Kondala Rao. |
