Court attachments are more than terminal benefits. As per the report dt.
09.06.09 pension committee, Sri J. Saibaba, AO (Rtd) was requested to clear
all the dues on one time basis,if any, and obtain a letter from the banks/institutions
(for whom he is due to pay) to that effect duly signed by him vide T.O.
Lr dt. 03.07.09. Further the legal opinion received on the subject matter
from SLA Sri O. Manohar Reddy . Vide T.O. Memo dt. 26.08.09, the SE/O/SKLM
& RJY were directed to furnish the copy of undertakings given by the drawing
officers against the loans of Sri J. Saibaba. Further a show cause notice
was received from Hon'ble High Court of AP in WP No: 15297 of 2009 filed
by Sri J. Saibaba, against this office Lr dt. 03.07.09 for furnishing of
undertaking for settlement of Bank dues on one timebasis. High Court orders
received. File under circulation for sanction as per court orders.

NGSR called from Pay Officer vide UO dt. 21.03.09 & 8.5.09. Pay Officer
has stated that, the NGSR +LPC from ex-pay drawing officer is not received
due to non-regularisation of unauhtorized absence period. The same will
be transmitted after receipt of the same. As per the report of pension committee,
DO letter issued to SE/O/SKLM vide ref No. 518/09,d t. 25.06.09 to assign
this work to PO/SKLM as a special case to regularize the un-authorized absence
immediately. Under process at Circle Office. Further, vide T.O. Memo dt.
03.10.09, the SE/O/SKLM was requested to furnish the action taken report.

transmitted to DGM/DC for necessary action.SCN issued vide memo dt.
03.03.10 proposing the punishment of "recovery of an amount equivalent to that
of stoppage of one increment wihtout cumulative effect from the terminal benefits".
